Thomas R. Kline, 71, of Three Rivers, passed away November 3, 2017 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. He was born in Three Rivers on May 20, 1946, a son of the late Paul and Margaret Kline. He attended Three Rivers schools and later obtained his Auto Mechanics degree from Glen Oaks Community College. Tom served in the United States Army from 1963-1970. In 1986, he married Sandra Wetherbee in Centreville.
Tom previously worked for T&H Plastics, Crocker's in Three Rivers, and as a welder at Leland's Engineering in White Pigeon. He was most commonly known as a welder for Classic's on US-12.
Tom enjoyed spending time with his family, working on cars, helping with Boy Scouts, and teaching his children the secrets of welding and car mechanics. He and his wife Sandra attended Riverside Church in Three Rivers. He will be dearly missed.
Surviving Tom are wife Sandra Kline of Three Rivers, son Amos Kline, son Curtis Kline, daughter Randi Dale, grandchildren Dominick and Caleb, great grandchildren Isabella and Phoenix, mother-in-law Barbara Kelley, brother Mike (Jan) Wetherbee, sister Valerie (Ron) Birkhold, sister Patricia Prowett, sister Patrick (Beth) Kelley, sister Helen Studebaker, brother Lawrence Kline, sister Candy Shirk, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Samuel Kline.
Cremation has taken place. No public services will take place. Interment of ashes will occur at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI next spring. Arrangements were entrusted to Eley Funeral Home, Centreville.
