Ruth Christine (Brown) Green, age 62 of Temperance, MI, passed away  Saturday, June 15th, 2013 at her home. She was born in Three Rivers, MI on June 3, 1951,  a daughter of  Richard and Mary Jane (Harding) Brown.  On October  11, 1969 she married Danny Green in Penn, Michigan. Ruth was a loving and devoted wife mother and grandmother and provided a home for over 45 children as a foster mother.Surviving are her husband Danny Green, Temperance, daughters Christine (Bill) Hirsch of Kalamazoo,  Justine (Greg) LaScala of Temperance, Maria (Chear) Hong of Temperance, sons  Danny (Amy) Green II, of Bridgman, MI, Steven (Danniel) Green of Oklahoma , Travis Green and Joshua Green both of Temperance, 13 grandchildren,  sister Connie (Ben) Allgor of Paw Paw, MI, brothers  John (Patsy) Brown of Constantine, and Mark (Marti) Brown of Constantine. She was preceded in death by her parents.Relatives and friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  at Eley Funeral Home in Constantine. Religious Services will be held at the Funeral Home, 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 19th,  with her son Danny Green II and Reverend John D. Head, Covenant Christian Church  officiating.
