Robert L. Bidelman, Sr., 82 of Marcellus, passed away on October 7, 2020 at his home. He was born in Newago County, MI on March 3, 1938, a son of Rolland and Mildred (Romans) Bidelman.

He received his education from Three Rivers Public Schools. Robert was previously married to Mary Jane Allen Wise; she preceded him in death. Later, he married Carol Oaks; she also preceded him in death. Robert loved to go fishing and hunting. He enjoyed woodworking, playing poker, and reading to his grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his sons Al Bidelman of Colorado and Randy (Michelle) Bidelman of Marcellus, grandchildren Heather, Melody, Elizabeth, Mickayla, Coral, Destiny, and Randy Jr., great grandchildren Harleen and Alex, and sisters Anne Smith and Betty Grider.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wives Mary Jane and Carol, stepfather Arthur Whitman, son Robert Bidelman Jr., and sister Janet Lewis.

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
