Phyllis Lee Bullard, 89, of Constantine, died October 10, 2017 at her home. She was born April 24, 1928 in Mason, Michigan a daughter of Gerald and Harriet (Stevenson) Haskell. Phyllis graduated from Harrison High School in 1946. On November 1, 1948 she married Keith Bullard in Angola, Indiana. He preceded her in death March 30, 2012. Phyllis had worked at Holy Carburetor Co., Clare, MI, Dow Corning, Albion, MI, the Wire Company in Marion, MI and at Harrison Bank and Trust in Harrison. She was an accomplished artist specializing in drawing and painting, especially Native American subjects. She also was a silver smith making Indian jewelry. Phyllis loved to attend the Metis Indian Pow Wow's participating in the dances.
Surviving are her daughters Deborah (Stan) Gee, Harrison, MI and Beverly Kline, Constantine, son Michael Bullard, Constantine, grandchildren Jason (Brandi) Bender, Phillip Bullard, Sarah (Walter) Kimball, James (Melissa) Gee, Levi (Renee) Gee, Caleb (Amber) Gee, Jacob (Emily) Gee, and Lee Bullard, and many great and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Elaine Bullard Mathis, sisters Marge Wireman and Ellen Sprague, and brothers Robert Haskell, George Haskell and Kenneth Haskell.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no public services.
