Phyllip C. Peters, a ge 72 of Elkhart and formerly of Constantine, died January 29, 2022 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born July 22, 1949 in Kalamazoo a son of Charles and Phyllis (Reed) Peters. Phyllip graduated from Constantine High School in 1967 and attended Glen Oaks Community College. On July 23, 1977 he married Madaline L Evans in Three Rivers. Phyllip retired in 2007 as Plant Manager from Forest River RV. He previously worked in Zeeland, MI and at Pace American. He was a member of Mottville Community Church and enjoyed fishing, woodworking and restoring antique cars and trucks.

Surviving are his wife Madaline Peters, Elkhart, sons Jason (Aubrey) Evans, Edwardsburg, Benjamin Peters, Petoskey, Andrew (Rachel) Peters, White Pigeon, grandchildren Tyler and Austin Evans, Alana (Joel) Seniff, Sullivan and Jack Evans, Lily and Isiah Peters, great grand children Steele, Weston and Boston Seniff, sister Connie (Richard) Stoppenbach, Three Rivers niece Tamara Runyon and nephew Cory Stoppenbach. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Relatives and friends will be received Saturday Feb 5, 2022 from 10 am to 11:45 am at Mottville Community Church, 10221 John St., Mottville, MI. Religious services will follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor David Bell officiating.
