Patricia (Patty) Herlein, age 49, of Three Rivers, passed away Friday, July 13th, 2012. She was born in Detroit on December 27, 1962, a daughter of  Cletis  and Darlene (Schneider) Melear. Patty graduated from Oakland Christian High School in Pontiac in 1981 and attended Grand Rapids School of Bible & Music. On December 28, 1985 she married Jeffrey Herlein in Pontiac. Patty enjoyed reading, playing cards,and working with the Headstart Program in Centreville.Surviving are her mother Darlene Melear, Pontiac, husband Jeffrey Herlein, Three Rivers, daughters  Effie Herlein, Breonna Herlein, sons  Stefan Herlein and Jordan  Herlein, brothers  Edward Melear of Pontiac, Bradley (Connie) Melear of Harrodsburg, KY, grandchildren Kortney Woodburn, Cameron Woodburn, and Kole Herlein. She was preceded in death by her father.Relatives and friends will be received Friday from 3 - 5 pm at the New Hope Assembly of God in Three Rivers, where Religious Services will follow  at 5 P.M. Friday with Reverend Joann Riley officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
