Mary Ellen Shultz. Age 44 of White Pigeon died August 1, 2023, at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born May 29, 1979, in Kalamazoo a daughter of Chris and Phyllis (Wyatt) Shultz. Mary Ellen received her education at Ross Medical school and worked as a medical assistant. She worked at Borgess hospital in Kalamazoo, At Fresenius Kidney Care in Three Rivers and Wellnow Urgent Care in Portage and Sturgis. She loved working in the medical field; it was her passion to care for others.

Mary Ellen truly lived life to the fullest with simple pleasures; Spending time with family and friends camping, kayaking, singing her praise music, drawing and reading. Mostly she loved and cherished her family and most importantly her children. Maryellen had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. Her faith is what always kept her going.

Surviving is her children Jaydon Shultz-Robinson, Battle Creek, Clifton Davis, Sturgis, Isaac Davis, Sturgis, Kayleena Shultz, White Pigeon, Kayvaughn Shultz, White Pigeon, grandchildren Giavanna shultz and Kyrie Davis, siblings, Candy Perkins, Shaun Shultz, Nicholas Shultz, David Shultz, Michelle Shultz and Caleb Shultz, Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Maleeyah Wyrick.

Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received Thursday, August 10th from 2 to 3 pm at FaithFinders Church, 229 W. 2nd St., Constantine. A Memorial service will follow at 3 pm with Pastor Rita Austin officiating.
