Markis D Lounsbery, age 28 of Constantine, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025 at his home following a 2 year battle with cancer. He was born September 27, 1997 in Jackson, MI. Markis graduated from Jackson High School in 2016. He was employed as an extruder printer at OX Engineered Products in Constantine for the past 4 years.

Markis enjoyed fishing, playing video games and especially mowing lawn on his zero turn mower. He was also an avid Detroit Lions Fan.

Surviving are his mother and step father Heather and Heath Muma, brother Gavin Muma, all of Constantine, grandparents Vicki and Randy Ackley, aunt Kelsey (Nick) Thompson, and uncle Christopher (Beth) O'Neill all of Jackson. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents Raymond and Theresa Ward, Lola and Bob Ackley and his special friend Brandon Verwey.

Cremation has taken place. The family will announce a Celebration of Life gathering at a later date.
