Margaret R. Minter, age 79 of Edwardsburg, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. She was born on June 20, 1932 in Queens, NY, a daughter of William and May (Lenihan) Ferguson.  In 1950 Margaret graduated from William Bryant High School in Astoria, NY.  She retired from Mid-American Electronics in Middlebury, and had previously been employed by Becton & Dikinson Medical Supply.  Margaret  was a member of the Corey Church of the Nazarene in Three Rivers. Surviving Margaret are her sons Mark Minter, Pompano Beach, FL, William (Barbara) Minter, Linwood, NJ, grandchildren Tracy, Mark, Christopher, Steve, William, Lauren, Douglas, Jonathon, Alicia and Robbie, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, and 3 sisters Rita Linahan, Juanita Devlin, and Geneviev Murphy, all of New York. She was preceded in death by her parents, son William Minter in infancy, daughter Patricia VanSciver, brothers Eugene and John Ferguson.  Relatives and friends will be received at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine on Sunday from 3-6 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at  Corey Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Gary Carr officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Home, 4017 Chamberlain, Buchanan, MI 49107 or Corey Church of the Nazarene, 10056 Water St., Three Rivers, MI 49093.  Interment will be in Poes Cemetery.
