Linda L. Colley, age 85 of Constantine, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 16, 2025 at The Sparrow House in Sturgis.  She was born April 13, 1940 in Allegan, a daughter of Gerald and Ina (Roblyer) Shafer. Linda graduated from Allegan High School in 1958, and went on to obtain her LPN from Borgess School of Nursing. On August 26, 1961 she married Charles A. Colley in Allegan.

Linda worked as an LPN for Allegan Genral Hospital, Bronson Hospital, and finally working 11 years at River Forest Nursing Home in Three Rivers.  She attended both the Constantine and White Pigeon United Methodist Churches.  Linda was active in the Riverside PTO, a Brownie leader, Constantine Jaycee's member and a wrestling wife and mom.

Surviving Linda are her husband Charles Colley; daughter Michele (Colley) Anderson; son Chris Colley, all of Constantine; granddaughter Amber Anderson; brother Ron (Jo) Shafer, Bargerville, IN; and sister Mary Beth Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Jerry Shafer, James  Shafer; and sister Carol Ann Shafer.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. According to Linda's wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM at Eley Funeral Home in Constantine. A memorial service will follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Michelle Perkins and Pastor Scott Manning officiating.
