Kenneth G. Sawyer Age 79
Constantine
died June 17, 2017. He was born May 28, 1938 in Constantine a son of Eugene and Berniece (Lehman) Sawyer. On July 15, 1976 he married Lois (Martin) Lucas in Three Rivers. She preceded him in death September 10, 1998. Ken worked for Drake Casket, Constantine Wheel Camper in Centreville and retired from Vanguard Industries, Colon in 1990. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping.
Surviving are his fiancé Gayle Kern, Constantine, children Tina Sawyer, Wentzville, MO, Keith Hochstetler, MI, Tom Sawyer, St. Petersburg, FL, Teresa (Randy) Gray, Shipshewana, Luella (Mike) Rogers, Clearwater, FL, Richard (Amy) Lucas, Centreville, Kenneth S. Sawyer, Centreville and Gabriel Sawyer, Constantine, 22 grandchildren, many great and great great grandchildren, brother Vern (Ann) Sawyer, White Pigeon, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter Shandi Kern, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Cremation has taken place. A gathering of family and friends will be announced at a later date. Interment of Ashes will be in the Constantine Cemetery. Online messages may be left for the family at www.eleyfuneralhomes.com
