Katherine "Kathy" D. Alexander, 61 of Centreville, passed away on May 8, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Kathy was born in Kalamazoo on August 29, 1959, a daughter of Robert and Bertha (Baird) Jeffries. She graduated from Mendon High School in 1977. On September 18, 1977, she married Michael Alexander. Kathy retired from IAC in Mendon after 26 years of employment. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Centreville. Kathy loved golfing, and would play in many leagues with her husband over the years. She also enjoyed riding her Harley and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband Michael Alexander of Centreville, son Mike Alexander of Centreville, daughter Krystal (Ron) Waite of Sturgis, son Maxwell Alexander of Centreville, grandchildren Katie and Nicole Waite, sisters Judy Bordine of Sturgis and Elizabeth (Ken) Sloan of Goshen, and brothers Daniel (Teresa) Jeffries of Three Rivers and Eddie Jeffries of Goshen.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial reception will take place at a later date.
