Judy Ann Lutz, age 70, of White Pigeon, passed away Thursday, February 28th, 2013 at her home following a long illness. Judy was born in Marcellus on July 22, 1942, a daughter of Harold and Sylvia Milhahn. Judy graduated from Constantine High School 1960. On June 25, 1960 she married James T. Smith in Constantine, he preceded her in death November 26, 1994. On November 12, 2002 Judy married Franklin T. Lutz on the island of Maui, Hawaii. Judy and Jim owned and operated the Smith Machine Company in Constantine from 1981 to 1998. She also owned the Treasure Chest Clothing store in Sturgis and Constantine.Surviving Judy are her husband Frank Lutz, White Pigeon, daughter Jean Marie Clark, Buchanan, son John (Rebecca) Smith, Constantine, step daughter Rebecca (Richard) Yoder, Constantine, step sons Greg Lutz of Canada, Mark (Anita ) Lutz, Edwardsburg, sister Patricia (Ronald) Stears, Constantine, numerous grandchildren and step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband James Smith, step daughter Cherryl Shull and step great grandchild Haley Minchella.According to her wishes cremation has taken place. Interment of Ashes will be in the Constantine Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to First Congregational United Church of Christ, 360 S.
