Janet Gail Clark, age 63 Centreville, passed away Monday, July 20th, 2009 at her home. She was born in Detroit, MI on April 10, 1946, a daughter of Thomas W. and Beulah M. (Drake) Brooks. Janet graduated from Three Rivers High School in 1964. On June 21, 1964 she married Philip Clark in Three Rivers. She was a member of New Beginnings Community Church in Sturgis.

Surviving are her husband Philip Clark, Centreville, grandson John Philip Clark Jr., Sturgis, sisters Martha Romig-Miller of Three Rivers, Anita Burke of Sarasota, FL, brothers Jim Brooks of Three Rivers, Dan Brooks of Three Rivers, and mother in law Bernice Clark, Centreville. She was preceded in death by her parents, son John P. Clark Sr. sister Margaret "Carolyn" Brooks and father in law William T. Clark.

Relatives and friends will be received Thursday from 5-8 pm at the Eley Funeral Home in Centreville where Religious Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 24th, with Pastor Randy Evans officiating. Interment will be at the Prairie River Cemetery in Centreville. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
