IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jacqueline A
Schilter
September 20, 1957 – December 20, 2021
Jacqueline A. (Friebe) Schilter, age 64 of Centreville, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Community. She was born in Canada on September 20, 1957, a daughter of Herb and Ruth Friebe. Jackie was very proud of having dual citizenship. She graduated in 1975 from Southfield High School. Jackie worked as a Customer Service Executive, retiring in 2016. She had previously been married to Gary Hatton, Benjamin Castleberry, and David Schilter.
Jackie loved going to concerts, and met Joe Perry and Steven Tyler in an elevator at Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit. She loved the beach, cooking, crochet, and music. Jackie collected bells and she was a pen pal to many. She adored her pets and rescued cats. Jackie loved and admired her dad's wood carvings, some of which are in the Smithsonian. She was a beautiful human being, loved her friends, and would give you the shirt off her back.
Jackie is survived by her sons Justin Friebe and Jeremiah Hatton, both of Sterling Heights, ex-husbands and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. Please sign her questbook and leave a message or memory at www.eleyfuneralhomes.com.
