Irene Betty Imel, 88 of Centreville, passed away April 25, 2021. She was born in Three Rivers, Michigan on March 18, 1933, the daughter of Fred and Bertha Grunert. She worked as a pin setter at Norberg Bowling Alley in her early teens. She also worked at Continental Can Company and Owens Illinois for many years. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Allen Imel of Portage, and her daughter Gale Lynn Kelley of Constantine, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
