George A. Mowat III   Age 81

Died January 13, 2019 at Heartland Healthcare Center in Three Rivers. He was born April 17, 1937 in Constantine a son of George and Elva (Schrock) Mowat II. George graduated from Constantine High School in 1956. He was employed at Eddie Paper Company in White Pigeon for 52 years.

Surviving are his daughters Melissa (Brian) Eritano, Sydney, Australia, and Arletta (Todd) Moore, White Pigeon, son Douglas Mowat, Three Rivers, grandchildren Dominic Eritano, Jasmine (Mowat) Swihart, Autumn Mowat, Blake Moore, Cierra Moore, great grandchildren Athena, Amorrah and Esteria, and brother Dale Mowat.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Richard Mowat and sister Mary Mowat.

Relatives and friends will be received Friday from 11 am to 1 pm  at Eley Funeral Home in Constantine, where services will follow at 1 pm. Pastor David Peterson, Centreville Baptist Church will officiate
