Fayetta Strang, age 75 of Constantine, passed away peacefully at her home on February 24th, 2023. She was born in Jefferson City, MO on December 4,1947, a daughter of Ardie and Irene (Poyner) Allen. Fayetta graduated from Bentley High School in Kansas in 1965. On February 17, 1989 she married Gary Strang in LaGrange, IN. Fayetta's family was the pride and joy of her life. Surviving are her husband Gary Strang of Constantine, children Todd (Becky) Borger of Marcellus, MI, John Strang of Bay City, MI, Jennifer (Brenda) O'Malley of Holland, MI, Stephanie (Hillery) Boyden of Kenosha, WI, Corinne (Nicholas) Ponstein of Byron Center, MI, Courtney Strang of Beckley, WV, and Ashley (James) Charles of Elkhart, IN. Also survived by grandchildren Delaney, Macy, Ethan, Hunter, Molly, Jacob, Brody, William, Ellis, and Sheaden. She is survived by brothers Craig Allen, Thomas Allen, Duboyd Allen, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Pauline Harrison. According to her wishes, a formal service will not take place. A private celebration of life gathering will be planned for this summer.
