Dorothy Mae Heskett, age 88 of Three Rivers and formerly of Constantine, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born May 29, 1935 in Beaver Falls, PA, a daughter of Bertdell "Albert" and Marie (Cooley) Corbin. On June 20, 1953 she married Donald E. Heskett, Sr. in Lombard, IL. He preceded her in death on Oct. 18, 2002.

Dorothy enjoyed baking, casinos, camping and traveling. She loved family gatherings, and attending her kids and grandkids sporting events. She was a former member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in White Pigeon and recently attended Immaculate Conception Church in Three Rivers.

Surviving are her son John (Sue) Heskett, Constantine; daughters Donna (Don) Smith, Three Rivers, Denise (Issa) Al-Kharusy, Kalamazoo, Michaelyn (Bill) Ray, Constantine; grandchildren Jennifer Demkovich, Terra (John) Ringler, Joy (Nigel Norman) White, Leslie (Mark) Bojanich, Luke (Jessica) Heskett, Zach (Alison) Al-Kharusy, Jake (Samantha) Al-Kharusy, Hannah Al-Kharusy, James (Shannon) Heskett, Nicolle (Tyson) Platz, Natallie (Jon) White, Stephanie (Brent) Walker, Brandi (Caleb) Bray, Justine (Chuck Davidhizar) Weaver, Tonia (Jeff) Warner, Tony Montandon, Todd (Jamie) Montandon; 41 great grandchildren plus 1 on the way; 3 great great grandchildren plus one on the way; nieces Nancy, Linda and Janice; and nephew Rob; sister-in-law Joan Hudak; and her beloved puppy Saddie.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons James Heskett and Don Heskett, Jr.; daughter Mary (Heskett) Brown, 11 siblings; and grandchildren William John Heskett and Tanisha Marie Montandon.

Relatives and friends will be received Wednesday from 11AM-12PM, with religious services following at 12PM at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine. Fr. R. Mathias, MSFS of Immaculate Conception Church will be officiating. Interment will be in Constantine Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
