Donna Gertrude Hughes, age 89 of Berrien Springs, MI, died January 31, 2024 at Loving Care Home in Berrien Springs, MI. She was born January 7, 1935 in South Branch, MI a daughter of Samuel and Margaret (Duby) Hughes. Donna was a lifelong homemaker and held various jobs over the years. Donna was a member and volunteer of several organizations and clubs.

Surviving are her children Patricia Coleman, Sturgis, MI, Teresa Field, Brooksville, FL, Tina Frein, Battle Creek, MI, Robert Lavigne, Quebec, Canada and Cindy Coleman, Sturgis, MI, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Ronald, John, Samuel, Ethel and Barbara.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Interment of ashes will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Three Rivers.
