Destany Dee (Diekman) Zierle Clementz, age 65 of Centreville, MI, passed away Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014 at her home. Destany was born in Sturgis on March 17, 1949, a daughter of Leroy and Pauline (Mann) Diekman. She graduated from Centreville High School in 1967. Destany married Dennis Zierle on Sept. 16, 1967, he preceded her in death on April 20, 1985. On December 16, 1988 she married George Clementz.

Destany enjoyed shopping, collecting antiques and gardening. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband George Clementz, daughter, Kimberly Bell, Constantine; two sons Brett (Candy) Zierle, Sturgis; John Zierle, Sturgis; sister, Penelope Voight, Three Rivers, granddaughters, Brittany Adams, Ashlyne Zierle and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband and brother Leroy Diekman, Jr.

Cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held at a later date. Interment of ashes will be at Prairie River Cemetery in Centreville. Memorial contributions may be made to Three Rivers Health Hospice. Arrangements were entrusted to Eley Funeral Homes, Centreville.
