Christina Slusher, 28, Centreville, passed away May 26, 2018 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Chrissy was born in Sturgis November 1, 1989 to Russell and Amy (Keckler) Slusher. She graduated from Constantine Schools in 2008 and then got her Medical Administrative Assistant degree from Everest Career Institute, Kalamazoo. Chrissy worked for Summit Polymers, Vicksburg, and previously for Bentler, Goshen. She attended Mottville Community Church and Firm Foundation Ministries. She was a free spirit, always spending time with her friends bowling, singing karaoke, and going to the arcade. She had the most contagious smile and would give the shirt off of her back to anyone in need.

Surviving Chrissy are: parents Amy (Richard) Lucas, Centreville; siblings Brian Slusher, Centreville, Kimberlee Slusher, Sturgis; grandparents Mary Dyal, Centreville, Richard R. (Brenda) Keckler, Texas, Tom (Melanie) Keckler, Three Rivers; aunts Lisa Slusher, Three Rivers, Jada (Keith) Salisbury, Centreville, Roxanne (James) Wade, Centreville; uncles Richard (Lori) McWatters, Virginia, Shaun (Tiffany) Keckler, Virginia, Butch (Casey) Keckler, Traverse City, Robert Keckler, Traverse City, Shawn Keckler, Traverse City; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father Russell Slusher and five grandparents.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received Saturday, June 2, 9-10 with memorial services following at 10 at Firm Foundation Ministries, Centreville, Pastor Don Smith officiating. Memorial contributions can be directed to the family.
