Charles E. Peasley, Jr., 68 of Bristol, passed away Friday, June 4, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. He was born in Elkhart on October 30, 1952, a son of Charles and Patricia (Parks) Peasley, Sr. Chuck graduated from Constantine High School. He was currently employed by Jayco, and previously by Carrera Designs doing paint and body work. Chuck previously owned several paint and body businesses in the area.
Chuck served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Chuck recently enjoyed looking at the skies with his telescope. He especially loved guitars, both playing, collecting and restoring them. Chuck loved Thursday night band practice with the guys and playing in the "Back At It" Band.
Surviving Chuck are his son Charles (Maria) Peasely-Colwell, Mishawaka, daughter Cary (John) D'Antonio, Edwardsburg, Stacie (John Washington) Peasely, Goshen. 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, twin brother Stan Peasley, and brother Douglas Peasley.
According to his wishes cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received Saturday, June 19 from 11-1 PM at Light and Life Wesleyan Church in Three Rivers. Memorial Services immediately following at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ryan Lutz officiating. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
Interment of ashes will be at Little Pine Cemetery; 57125 Co. Rd. 19 Goshen, IN on Sunday June 20 at 1:30 PM.
