Carol LaVerne Arnold, age 75, of Constantine, passed away October 27th, 2008 at the Birch Adult Foster Care in Leonidas. She was born in Chicago, IL on March 25, 1933, the daughter of Roland and LaVerne (Robinson) Lepke. Carol attended school in Constantine. She married James Richard Arnold on June 10, 1950 in Chicago, IL. Carol was employed at Dayco Manufacturing in Three Rivers, retiring in 1980. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, cooking and spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband, James Arnold, Constantine, sons Steven Arnold of Zionsville, IN, Dale (Debra) Arnold, Constantine, daughter, Jenny (Steve) Osborne, Keystone Heights, FL, grandchildren Chad, Matt, and Adam Arnold, Todd and Joe Plank, Ray, Shawn and April Cudney, Amanda Osborne, and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Lois Elaine Arnold Potter, son, Raymond R. Arnold, 2 brothers Norman Eugene Mize and Ronald Kracke. Relatives and friends will be received Thursday 12-3 pm at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine where Religious Services will follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Dave Peterson of the Centreville Baptist Church officiatin. Interment will be at Constantine Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Three Rivers Health Hospice. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
