Betty Jeanne Bullock, age 94 of Constantine, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 17, 1928 in Elkhart, IN, a daughter of Raymond and Elbertine (Cotterill) Smith. Betty graduated from Elkhart High School in 1942. On February 16, 1948, she married Guy Bullock at the Constantine United Methodist Church. He preceded her in death on June 27, 2010.

Betty dedicated her life to raising her family and working on the family farm. She loved gardening and supported the St. Joseph County Grange Fair. She was a member of the Constantine United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her daughters Christine (Carl) Carlisle, White Pigeon, and Ellen (Al) Omo, Constantine; sons Garth Bullock and Norman (Donna) Bullock, both of Constantine. Also her grandchildren Jamie Wine, Bryan (Marielle) Bullock, Benjamin (Maddie) Bullock, David Omo, Amanda Hemminway, Brandon Hemminway, Jenni Carlisle, Jeff Carlisle, Kori Bullock, Kyle Bullock, and Trent Bullock; great grandchildren Noah Carlisle, Cynthia Carlisle, Mason Carlisle, Abbey Carlisle, Alex Carlisle, Luke Bullock, Isabell Bullock, Mia Bullock, Jasmine Wine, Cody Wine, Samuel Carlisle, Nayomi Carlisle, Kloey Carlisle, Amelia Bullock, Virginia Barrett and Aurora Bullock; great great grandchild Emily McCown; brothers Bill Smith, Elkhart, and Philip (Cindy) Smith, Lake Alfred, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, great granddaughter Zareta Wine, brothers Raymond W. (Mary) Smith, Roger (Alice) Smith, Dave (Georganne) Smith; and sister-in-law Maxine Smith.

According to her wishes cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received May 20, 2023, from 11am to 1 pm at Constantine United Methodist Church. Memorial services will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Karen Wheat officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Constantine United Methodist Church or Three Rivers Hospice.
