Belinda L. Fall age 56 Constantine started a new journey on Friday, June 20th, 2008 with all of her friends and family by her side. She was born in Dayton, OH on April 5, 1952, to Robert and Yvonne (Jacobs) Plessinger. Belinda graduated from W. E. Stebbins High School in Dayton, OH, where she met her soul mate Randy Fall. They were married on October 16, 1971. Randy and Belinda have one daughter Amy Marie. Belinda attended Ohio University and later graduated from Glen Oaks Community College. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi. For many years she and Randy were foster parents for many children. Belinda had many jobs in her lifetime but her favorite was her last as shift manager at D & S Food Center in Constantine. Belinda was well known for being the world's biggest Cubs fan. She also enjoyed reading, gardening and obsessed about cleaning her house. One of her favorite things to do was spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving Belinda are her beloved husband, Randy Fall, Constantine, their daughter, Amy (Bruce) Wiard, Centreville, grandchildren, Dustin, Kristopher, Rachelle, Celia and Anna Wiard, father, Robert (Joan) Plessinger, sister, Eileen Randolph, her in-laws Roland (Dollie) Fall, sisters-in-law Linda Pope, Diana Atkinson, brother-in-law, Richard Shelley, Jr., and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Yvonne Plessinger and sister, Cheryl Shelley. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends and relatives will be received at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine on Sat., June 28, 2008 from 12-1:30 p.m., where a Memorial Service will follow at 1:30 with Pastor Terry Neumayer of Trinity Missionary Church officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Three Rivers Health Hospice. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
