Archie L. Hayes, age 79 of Three Rivers, died January 18, 2025 at Elkhart General Hospital. Archie was born August 3, 1945 in Flint, Michigan a son of Archibald and Marjorie (Preston) Hayes. He received his education from Sturgis Community Schools. Archie was a lifelong truck driver working for several companies. He loved to travel the country and the roads in his truck.

Surviving are his son Charles Hayes, Three Rivers, daughter Veronica Edwards, Portland, OR, step son Joseph Hayes, Three Rivers, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, sisters Marlene Mosher, Three Rivers, Karla Knoll, North Webster, IN, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Michael Hayes, brother Richard Hayes and sister Frances Williams.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life gathering will be announced at a later date.
